Derek, I was amazed by your polished presentation. What a great job! What a great voice., You were very poised and thoughtful. It did help me relax because I could see that your were pacing yourself in a mindful manner. People often get nervous during interviews. You seemed very comfortable in that role. It was interesting to witness as I've only experienced you through writing.
I thought it was a good interview. It did cause me to reflect more about meditation. The binaural beats in particular.
I don't know if you experienced chakra colors during ketamine. I feel it’s all connected. I've worked with various chakras informally as well as herbal essences. I don’t know if you discussed fragrances or intentions. I have no problem sinking into a trance stance. But meditation is different because you're not going anywhere. That's the challenge for me. I like going places and seeing things. Colors appear. That changes my perceptions.
Do you start with root or somewhere else?
I was talking to someone else about stones — the colors of stones. I've always preferred purple stones like amethyst. But, that's more channeling. I feel I get confused because of focus or lack of focus.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words, Anna. I was definitely a bit nervous, and I'm glad it wasn't too obvious.
I haven't explored much chakra work, and I learned a lot from Nick about it during our conversation, so it's something I plan to explore soon.
I think learning what doesn't work for us along the path is equally as important as figuring out what does. And whenever you lose focus, just remember that your "home" is just a breath away!
Nice to finally see you. I like the glasses 🤓

Great advice. I'll DM when I have a chance to ponder where I am. It changes week by week. Tty soon.
Nice work today gentlemen. Thanks for having me.
Appreciate you joining Brian!
