Yes, our bodies are the bellwether, the canary in the coalmine giving us notice that something is up. We need to pay more attention to that because once we are aware, we can act on whatever is creating anxiety, stress and dis-ease.

Awesome somatic exercises, loving that they are simple (I have even gotten my 77 year old Mother to try them with me!) and can be done pretty much anywhere you have space enough to stand!

That's a common challenge, Hali! Did any of these movement-based techniques work for you? When I'm having difficulty reconnecting through mental scanning, I've found physical movement allows me to directly experience my body.
