I’ve had losses in my life that have recently caused me to cling to people and situations that don’t serve me, cause more stress, and anxiety. This is helpful to put things into perspective and to have physical techniques (like the fist clenching!) to use in situations I don’t feel as if I have much control over or when my head is spinning too much. Thanks Derek!
Beautiful, Jill, thanks so much for sharing part of your journey! I'm so glad the physical techniques resonated. I've found fist-clenching/releasing is such a great way to embody both clinging and letting go. Onward and upward we go!
Thank you for sharing this personal and transformative moment of your life 🙏🏻
Loved the "I allow this to be as it is" mantra. So much of our suffering tends to disappear when we accept things as they are instead of obsessing on how we wished they were.

Thank you, Ilham! Reality holds so much beauty, if we're willing to let go of our dream state.
This was an excellent read! Letting go is so transformative, thank you for sharing this message. 😊
Thank you so much, Sonia! May we all have the self-compassion to release our grip on nothingness.
